The Mounts-Palay-Palay-Mataas-Na-Gulod National Park is located on the border of the provinces Batangas and Cavite in the Philippines on the island of Luzon . It was established on October 26, 1976 with the entry into force of Decree 1594 on an area of ​​3,995 hectares and is part of the NIPAS biodiversity protection program of the Philippines under the category landscape protection area.

The three peaks of the Palay-palay, the Rico de Loro and the Mataas na Gulod, of which the Palay-Palay is the highest mountain at 648 meters, are located in the area of ​​the designated national park . The last remaining rainforests in the Cavite province are in this national park, which make up around 60 percent of the park area.

The Mindoro Thrush ( Zoothera cinerea ), the Striped Owl ( Bubo philippensis ) and the Philippine Duck ( Anas luzonica ) can be seen in the national park .
