The Mouzon rises in the municipality of Serocourt , initially drains in a westerly direction, but then turns to the north and flows into the Meuse as a right tributary after 63 kilometers at Neufchâteau . On its way, the Mouzon touches the Vosges and Haute-Marne departments .
