Muhammet Yürükuslu (born March 12, 1991 in Meram ; † February 16, 2018 ) was a Turkish football player .

Career

Yürükuslu learned to play football in his hometown as a youth from the amateur club Torku Konyaspor . In 2009 he received a professional contract here, but continued to play almost exclusively for the reserve team. Only on the last day of the match did he make his professional debut in the second division. For the 2010/11 season he was loaned to the fourth division team Denizli Belediyespor and reached with this team through the championship of the TFF 3rd Lig, direct promotion to the TFF 2nd Lig .

For the 2011/12 season Konyaspor was imposed a transfer ban on the part of UEFA , so that you had to survive the season with the existing players or with the players from the youth and reserve teams. So Yürükuslu was integrated into the professional squad for the upcoming season. By the end of the season he had 20 league encounters and made it with his team in 2012/13 in the relegation of the TFF 1st Lig , in which the promotion to the Süper Lig succeeded.

For the second half of the 2013/14 season Yürükuslu was loaned to the partner club Anadolu Selçukluspor .

For the 2014/15 season, Yürükuslu moved to the second division Altınordu Izmir . After he was here in only four league games until the second half of the season, he moved to the fourth division Sakaryaspor during the winter break . At the end of the season he then moved on within the TFF 3rd Lig to the Southeast Anatolian representative Diyarbakırspor .

Muhammet Yürükuslu died on February 16, 2018 at the age of 26 after suffering a cerebral haemorrhage on January 26, 2018 .
