The mummies

Yes-cal

Ja-Kal is the leader of the four mummies that protect Prince Rapses. Like the other mummies, it has the ability to transform itself. His armor is modeled on that of a falcon and gives him the ability to fly. As an attack, he can shoot burning arrows. In ancient Egypt , Ja-Kal was a hunter.

Rath

Rath is the most educated of the four mummies and also built their vehicles, the chariot, the motorcycle, the boat and the plane. He reads a lot and does magic. When he is transformed, he is given cobra-like armor and fights with a sword.

Nefertina

The only female mummy. She loves to dance and often attends modern nightlife club events in San Francisco. She has the best driving skills among the mummies and therefore drives the motorcycle and the chariot. After her transformation, she is given cat-like armor with a whip as a weapon.

Armon

Armon is the strongest of the mummies physically. He is very fond of food and has only one arm. During his transformation, which gives him a ram-like armor, the missing arm is replaced by a golden one, which he can use for both attack and defense. Armon enjoys eating fast food at the Bifi burger outlets in San Francisco, which he mentions repeatedly on the series.

Antagonists

Scarab

Scarab is an old magician and also a mummy from ancient Egypt. His goal is to achieve immortality, for which he however needs the soul of Prince Rapses, which now rests in Presley's body. As the main villain, Scarab tries to capture Presley in almost every episode in order to achieve his goal. His headquarters are in a museum that is modeled on a large pyramid and stands out very dominantly from the city. Like the mummies, Scarab has the ability to transform. This makes it look like a human-like, purple-colored scarab beetle that can fly and fire beams of red energy from its hands. When Scarab goes public, he turns into the wealthy businessman Harris Stone and appears with this secret identity as a supporter of the Pyramid Museum.

Heka

A golden cobra that acts as Scarab's handyman and can spit fire. She can stiffen her body and is often carried as a scepter by Scarab . Heka often gives Scarab advice when he hasn't thought through his plans well, but because of his arrogance it is ignored and so leads to his defeat.

The Shabtis

The Shabtis are Scarab's private army. They mostly look like ancient Egyptian people, but they can also be disguised as modern people from the big city. Shabtis are made of clay and are very fragile. It is therefore easy for the mummies to defeat them. In addition, they cannot speak and blindly obey Scarab's orders. They are easy to recognize by their shining eyes.
