Erich Räuker (born June 25, 1953 ) is a German musician and voice actor . He synchronizes actors from several series, for example Richard Dean Anderson in Stargate , Robert Duncan McNeill in Star Trek: Raumschiff Voyager , Carlo Rota in 24 , Patrick Warburton in Kim Possible , Naoya Uchida in Death Note ( anime ), Fumihiko Tachiki in Neon Genesis Evangelion (1st dubbed version), Hidekatsu Shibata in Fullmetal Alchemist (Anime) and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood , Hideyuki Hori in Dragonball Z and Katsuyuki Konishi in Dragonball Z Kai . He has also appeared in films such as The Seventh Roll of Papyrus and The House of Doom . As a bass player he played with the Berlin rock band Bleibtreu Revue until 1981 and before that with Ulla Meinecke . He was also a long-time member of the Reineke Fuchs rock theater .

Life

Räuker lives and works in Großbeeren near Berlin. He is the father of Oscar Räuker (born 1998), who also took on speaking roles in films and series. He is the operator of Weltenton , a producing publisher for music and audio books. Räuker is a sustaining member of various non-profit organizations such as Amnesty , Greenpeace and Foodwatch .
