David Andrews (actor)

David Andrews (born November 2, 1952 in Baton Rouge , Louisiana , USA ) is an American actor .

Career

Before becoming an actor, he studied law , first at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge , then for one year at Duke University in Durham and two more years at Stanford University in Stanford (California) , where he graduated in the late 1970s Graduated.

When he got a film role in A Nightmare On Elm Street in 1984 , he turned to acting. For the rest of the 1980s, however, there were no further box office successes as he focused on a TV career. He gained greater fame in the industry in 1992 in the television series LA Machine . Although he has appeared in some Hollywood films, such as B. Apollo 13 , Hannibal or Terminator 3 , he remained mainly a television actor. In the last season of the television series JAG - On behalf of the honor he played the new JAG , Maj. Gen. Gordon "Biff" Cresswell.
