Lawyer Emily Parker meets Billy Hytner, with whom she often meets. After a month, Hytner proposes to her. He gives her an old engagement ring and Parker suffers from visions in which she always sees the same woman. She wants to return the ring, but learns from the shopkeeper that the man who is said to have sold the ring has been dead for eight years.

Parker investigates and learns that the woman - Marie Salinger - went missing in 1969. Her fingers were found with the ring on them. Salinger's fiancé Paul Hamlin was suspected of murder at the time. Parker and her fiance continue to discover that Hytner's mother knew the murdered woman.

Reviews

The lexicon of international films wrote that the film was a " mysterious ghost thriller in front of the delightful backdrop of New Orleans with several lengths ". The plot is " easy to see through "; they would be presented “ without any particular surprises ”.

Awards

Anne Heche and the film for Best TV Film were nominated for the Saturn Award in 2005.
