Treva Etienne (born July 21, 1965 in London ) is a British actor .

life and career

Treva Etienne was born in London in 1965. He has been an actor since 1986, mainly in television productions. His most famous film role is that of the cursed pirate Koehler , whom he played in the adventure film Pirates of the Caribbean . His other screen appearances include roles in Black Hawk Down and Bad Boys II . He had guest appearances in television series such as Criminal Minds , Charmed - Magic Witches or Supernatural . In Falling Skies he played the character of the South African Dingaan Botha for 22 episodes . In 2018 he was seen in five episodes of the BBC series Black Earth Rising , which is offered in Germany on Netflix .
