Andrew P. "Andy" Buckley Jr. (born February 13, 1965 in Salem , Massachusetts ) is an American actor , screenwriter and film producer .

Life

Buckley graduated from Stanford University , where he was a freshman on the golf team. In the 1990s he worked as an actor for a while, but gave up work in 2000. He then became a partner in an investment group in a brokerage house in Los Angeles . Buckley is married to Nancy Banks , who is also an actress.

Film career

By chance he came to an audition for the US series The Office in 2005 , in which he was in front of the camera in 37 episodes from 2006 to 2013. In the years that followed, he appeared in films such as 2010 The Somewhat Different Cops , 2011 Alvin and the Chipmunks 3: Chipbruch , 2014 Kill the Boss 2 and 2015 Jurassic World .
