Here he found a regular place right away under the Brazilian coach Sebastião Lazaroni . When Lazaroni had to vacate the coaching bench after the 4th game day and was replaced by Ziya Doğan , Ocak gradually lost his regular place. For the second half of the season Ocak was given in return for the change from Ceyhun Eriş as a loan player to the league rivals MKE Ankaragücü . After his contract at Rizespor expired in the summer of 2010 and was not renewed, Ocak hired within the league at Karşıyaka SK . For Karşıyaka he only played one season and went for the next season to city rivals, the second division relegated Altay Izmir .

With Giresunspor, Ocak failed to stay up at the end of the season. Although Ocak still had a one-year contract, he terminated his contract by mutual agreement and left Giresunspor.
