Nadezhda Nikolova Nejnski (born Michailowa; Bulgarian Надежда Николова Нейнски (Михайлова) ; common English transcription Nadezhda Nikolova Neynsky; born August 9, 1962 in Sofia ) is a Bulgarian politician and belongs to the Blue Coalition . She started her political career with the liberal-conservative Radical Democratic Party of Bulgaria .

She was Foreign Minister in the government of Ivan Kostov between 1997 and 2001. Between 2002 and 2005 she was party leader of the Union of Democratic Forces (SDS).

In the European elections in Bulgaria in 2009 she was the top candidate of the Blue Coalition and was elected as a member of the European Parliament.

In May 2012, together with the Austrian MEP Paul Rübig and the Danish MEP Bendt Bendtsen, she founded the European SME Europe , the SME Europe .

She has been Bulgaria's ambassador to Turkey since 2015 .
