Nadezhda Wijenberg (born Russian Надежда Алексеевна Ильина , Nadeschda Alexejewna Iljina , English transcription Nadezhda Ilyina ; born April 2, 1964 in Kanasch district ) is a Dutch long-distance runner of Russian origin who specializes in road running.

In 1992 she won the Lisbon half marathon and in 1996 the 25 km from Berlin and the Amsterdam marathon . After marrying her coach Ger Wijenberg, she received Dutch citizenship in 1999 . This year she set her personal best and the current course record at the Eindhoven Marathon with 2:28:45.

In the marathon of the Olympic Games 2000 she finished 22nd place, and in the European Athletics Championships in 2002 she was sixth in the same discipline.

In 2003 she won the Athens Marathon , in 2004 the Enschede Marathon , and in the marathon of the World Athletics Championships in 2005 she came in 38th place.

In her new home she won numerous national titles: once in cross-country running (1999), once in the 5000-meter run (2002), five times in the half marathon (2000–2002, 2004, 2008) and four times in the marathon (1999, 2001, 2003 , 2007).

Nadezhda "Nadja" Wijenberg is 1.60 m tall, weighs 46 kg and starts for the AV Unitas association.
