Nadia Hilker (born December 1, 1988 in Munich ) is a German actress .

Life

She grew up with her older brother and her parents in Munich. Her mother comes from Tunisia and her father is German.

Hilker started dancing ballet at the age of four . She attended London's Royal Academy of Dance , where she was later discovered as a model .

Nadia Hilker has stood in front of the camera for numerous national and international magazines and fashion companies and shot commercials for Clearasil and C&A, among others . She eventually got into acting through modeling. In the ARD feature film Zimmer mit Aante , she played the leading female role alongside Jutta Speidel and Ingo Naujoks . This was followed by numerous series appearances and other roles in television fiction films such as Rosamunde Pilchers The Other Woman with Rupert Everett and Natalia Wörner . In 2014 she took on the female lead in the movie Spring .

From 2016 to 2017 Hilker was able to take her first steps in Hollywood in seven episodes of the science fiction television series The 100 . She was then signed by the American cable broadcaster AMC in spring 2018 for the role of Magna, a recurring supporting character in the hit series The Walking Dead .

Nadia Hilker lives mainly in Berlin.
