Naoko Hashimoto ( Japanese 橋本 直 子 , Hashimoto Naoko ; born July 11, 1984 in Okayama , Okayama Prefecture ) is a Japanese national volleyball player .
Career
Hashimoto began her career at the private Shūjitsu girls' high school in Okayama. From 2003 to 2009 she played at Hisamitsu Springs in Kobe . With the club, the setter was Japanese champion in 2007 and took second place in the national league in 2006 and 2009. In 2009 she moved to Engelholms VS. With the Swedish first division club, she won the Northern European NEVZA championship in 2010 and 2011. She then returned to Japan and worked for one season at JT Marvelous in Nishinomiya . In the 2012/13 season Hashimoto played with VBC Voléro Zurich in the Champions League . She also won the championship and cup double with the Swiss club. With the Japanese national team she took part in the Volleyball World Grand Prix 2013 . After another year at JT Marvelous, she moved to the Romanian club CS Volei Alba - Blaj in 2014 . In 2015, Hashimoto was also briefly active at Bangkok Glass. In the 2015/16 season she was Japanese runner- up with Hitachi Rivale , the club from Hitachinaka . She then moved to the German Bundesliga club Rote Raben Vilsbiburg .
