Naoya Ogawa ( Japanese 小川 直 也 , Ogawa Naoya ; born March 31, 1968 in Suginami , Tokyo Prefecture ) is a Japanese wrestler , MMA fighter and judoka .

Ogawa started judo while in high school and was able to win a world title in his sophomore year at Meiji University . This made him the youngest ever world champion in this sport. In total, he won four world championship titles.

In 1992 Ogawa took part in the Summer Olympics and was able to win the silver medal in the heavyweight division.

In 1997 he was hired by Antonio Inoki to work for New Japan Pro Wrestling at Puroresu . However, he also competes in the MMA organizer PRIDE FC .
