Natalija Sergeevna Prozorova
Natalija Sergejewna Prosorowa ( Russian: Наталия Сергеевна Прозорова ; born October 4, 1922 in Vologda ; † November 21, 2006 in Kiev ) was a Soviet - Ukrainian legal scholar and university professor .
Life
Prozorova began studying at the All-Russian Distance Learning Law Institute (now Moscow State Law University) in 1940 . At the beginning of the German-Soviet War , she went to the front . She fought on the Western Front and the 3rd Belarusian Front. She became the head of a radio station, a sergeant and a member of the CPSU .
After the war, Prozorova continued studying at the Moscow Legal Institute of the People's Commissariat for Justice of the RSFSR (today Moscow University of the Ministry of Interior of Russia ) with graduation in 1948. She stayed there as an aspirant and then taught from 1951. In 1952, she successfully defended her dissertation on the Political views of Pavel Ivanovich Pestel for the doctorate to the candidate of the legal sciences. After joining the institute at the Law Faculty of Lomonossow University in Moscow , she became a lecturer there .
From 1961 Prozorova worked in Kiev. She was first a lecturer at the Kiev University of the Interior Ministry of the USSR , then lecturer and head of the Chair of Legal Theory of the Law Faculty of the University of Kiev and finally Professor of the Chair of Legal Theory and Legal History there . In 1985 she successfully defended her doctoral thesis on Marxist legal theory and the First International for her doctorate in legal sciences.
In 1991 Prozorova became professor of the Law Faculty of the International Solomon University in Kiev, founded in 1991 , of the Institute of Economics , Administration and Business Law , of the National Pedagogical University of MP Drahomanov and also of the Chair of Constitutional Law and Legal History of the Zaporizhia National University .
