The National Road 11 ( Japanese 国 道 11 号 , Kokudō 11-gō ) is an important road in Japan and crosses Shikoku from Tokushima to Matsuyama . Its course essentially follows that of the old Nankaidō in the prefectures of Kagawa and Ehime .
