Nattewisch is a residential area in the Pollitz district of the municipality of Aland , Saxony-Anhalt .

Lieselott Enders writes about Nattewisch: "A medieval village cannot be accepted with certainty".

Further mentions are in 1429 the wuste feltmarcke In der natewisch , 1461 a farm in the Nattenwisch , 1467 by der Natenwisck to Holthusen , 1608 Natewisch , 1775 knight seat Natewisch with three cottages and 1804 noble estate Natewisch .

In 1842, Hermes and Weigelt describe Natewisch as a manor suitable for the Landtag with a Dutch farm and two residential houses, which is combined with the estate in Scharpenhufe and is managed from there.

In 1906 and 1909 the place was finally called as it is today: Nattewisch .
