Naytahwaush is a settlement on community-free area in Mahnomen County in the US -amerikanischen State Minnesota . For statistical purposes, the place has been combined to form a census-designated place (CDP) . In 2010 Naytahwaush had 578 inhabitants.

Naytahwaush, like the whole of Mahnomen County, lies within the White Earth Indian Reservation of Anishinabe .

Naytahwaush is located in central northwest Minnesota at 47 ° 15'52 "north latitude and 95 ° 37'49" west longitude. The place extends over 8.5 km², which is spread over 7.5 km² of land and 1.0 km² of water. Naytahwaush forms the center of the Twin Lakes Township .
