Neuilly is a commune déléguée in the French commune Valravillon with 481 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Yonne department in the Burgundy region .
Since January 1, 2016, it has been part of the municipality of Valravillon in the new region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté . The municipality belonged to the canton of Charny (until 2015 Aillant-sur-Tholon ) and the arrondissement Auxerre .
