Ngaraard is an administrative state (i.e. an administrative area ) of the West Pacific island republic of Palau . It is located in the north of the main island of Babelthuap .
The 36 km² sub-state, consisting of the villages (hamlets) Chelab , Chol , Ngebuked , Ngkeklau and the capital Ulimang , borders on Ngarchelong to the north and Ngardmau and Ngiwal to the south . Around 413 people live in the settlements of Ngaraard (according to the 2015 census).
