Nicolai Bo Larsen (born November 10, 1971 in Roskilde ) is a former Danish cyclist .

Nicolai Bo Larsen was a professional racing driver from 1994 to 2002. During this time he was four times Danish champion, in the individual road race (1997 and 1999) and in the team time trial (1999 and 2000). Twice, in 2000 and 2001, he finished second in individual races.

Larsen took part twice in the Tour de France and three times in the Giro d'Italia , where he was able to win a stage in the Giro 1996 , but had to give up in the Giro in the following two years.

In April 2000, Larsen was found to have an increased hematocrit value of 51 percent, which initially indicated doping . However, since the value was normal both the day before and the day after, doping was excluded. Larsen last drove for the German team Gerolsteiner and ended his career in the middle of the 2002 season.
