Michael Blaudzun
Michael Blaudzun (born April 30, 1973 in Herning ) is a former Danish cyclist .
Blaudzun turned pro at Novell in 1995 . Before moving to CSC in 2001 , he drove for Rabobank and the Telekom team, among others . The water carrier drove the Tour de France three times and finished it twice. In 1998 he started at the International Peace Tour and finished 15th in the overall ranking.
At the end of 2008 Michael Blaudzun ended his active cycling career. In December 2010 he was introduced by Michael Rasmussen as the future sporting director of the new Christina-Watches team , after he had already held this position with the Designa Kokken team the year before.
Michael Blaudzun is the son of the cyclist and world champion in the team pursuit Verner Blaudzun .
