Nicolas Alnoudji (born December 9, 1979 in Garoua ) is a former Cameroonian football player .

Career

Alnoudji began his professional career in 1999 at Cotonsport Garoua and moved to Tonnerre Yaoundé a year later . This was followed by a move to Turkey to Çaykur Rizespor , which he left after two seasons, as he was signed by Paris Saint-Germain . However, he was never used for the capital club, as he was initially awarded to SC Bastia and moved to CS Sedan in the following season 2003/04 . In the following years he was active in Al-Sailiya , the Al Ain Club , RAEC Mons , SC Olhanense , US Créteil , Pandurii Târgu Jiu and JS Saint-Pierre before returning to Cotonsport Garoua.

National team and Olympic games

Alnoudji celebrated his first major success at the age of 20 when he became African champion with the Cameroonian national team in 2000 . A few months later he was a member of the U23 selection at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney . With this, the midfielder also won the gold medal.

For the 2001 FIFA Confederations Cup , Alnoudji was appointed to the squad by Winfried Schäfer . He played all three preliminary round matches. A year later at the World Cup he was again part of the Cameroon squad, but was not used.

He made a total of 17 international matches for Cameroon.
