Nicole Ward

Nicole Ward (born December 16, 1975 ) is a former triathlete from Australia .

Career

Nicole Ward started triathlon in 2005, started as a professional athlete in 2007 and reached the Ironman 2009 in Japan on the Goto Islands west of Nagasaki in a long-distance triathlon (3.8 km swimming, 180 km cycling and 42.195 km running ) second rank. Her nickname is Noodle . It has not appeared internationally since 2012.

She is married, now lives with her husband Bern Ward in Sydney and the two do athlete coaching together.
