Charlie fulfills all points on Danica's list, on which she collects her expectations of the man for life: In addition to a good physique, high intelligence and success at work, "the right one" should be childless and not look back on a criminal past. When her newly released sister Tanya moves in with Danica, chaos is inevitable. She suspects a so-called "catfish" in Charlie. H. a person who assumes a different identity on the Internet. On TV show Catfish , Tanya finally discovers that Charlie is a con man named Lawrence who lives in a trailer park.

Dejected, Danica allows herself to be comforted by Frank, who is in love with her. Frank owns a coffee shop not far from Danica's workplace and her sister Tanya's new employer. Although Danica knows that Frank was already in custody and has a son, the two grow closer. After the shepherd's hour, the completely confused Danica calls her best friend Kalli, tells her what happened and pretends not to find Frank attractive due to his criminal past.
