Nouvelle Star
Nouvelle Star was a French television show and was broadcast on M6 in 2003-2010 and 2017 and on D8 in 2012-2016 . It is the French version of the British show Pop Idol (adapted in Germany as Deutschland sucht den Superstar ), the concept of which has been licensed worldwide . 13 seasons were produced. During the first season, the show carried the longer name à la Recherche de la Nouvelle Star ("In search of the new star"), which was then shortened to Nouvelle Star ("New Star") from the second season .
