Nuno Claro Simôes Coimbra (born January 7, 1977 in Tondela ) is a former Portuguese football player . The goalkeeper played a total of 120 games in the Portuguese Primeira Liga and the Romanian Liga 1 . In 2008, 2010 and 2012 he won the Romanian championship with CFR Cluj .

Career

Nuno Claro began his career in 1995 in Portugal at the Académico Viseu Futebol Club and played for various clubs in Portugal until 2007. He then moved from FC Paços de Ferreira to CFR Cluj in Romania on a free transfer . During the six years in Cluj he was able to win the Romanian championship twice and the Romanian cup three times. However, he was no longer used in the 2011/12 and 2012/13 seasons. In the summer of 2013 he moved to promoted ACS Poli Timișoara , with whom he had to relegate again at the end of the 2013/14 season . He then joined second division FC Olt Slatina . His club withdrew from gaming during the 2014/15 season . Nuno Claro then ended his career.
