Nyírábrány is a Hungarian large village in the county Nyíradony in Hajdú-Bihar . It is located one kilometer west of the border with Romania .
history
In the course of time the community had different names such as Szentábrány, Szentgyörgyábrány or Nagyábrány. After the merger with the village of Budaábrány, the name Nyírábrány has existed since 1901.
