The Hofschaft is located in the northwest of the city at 230  m above sea level. NHN in the north of the Eckbusch residential area in the Uellendahl-Katernberg district near the city limits of Velbert.

history

The place is on the topographical recording of the Rhineland from 1824 together with the residential areas Römersleimberg and Unterste Leimberg as Leimberger Höfe and on the Prussian first recording from 1843 as Ob. Leimberg drawn. The place bears the name Oberste Leimberg on measuring table sheets .
