action

While studying the radioactive contamination of water, the scientist Ricardo Torres discovers a new species of octopus. Torres suspects a connection between the origin of the mutation and the contamination of the water. Legends also tell of a giant octopus, the Octaman, who is said to roam the area and is able to leave the water to attack people.

Torres and his team try to track down the Octaman and capture him, which they succeed relatively quickly, but the Octaman is able to free himself and flee.

On the further hunt, the team falls into a trap of Octaman and they are locked in a cave. Contrary to the original intention of only catching the Octaman in order to be able to present him later as an attraction, they finally kill the Octaman.
