Olga Flor

Olga Flor (born January 25, 1968 in Vienna ) is an Austrian writer .

Life

Olga Flor grew up in Vienna, Cologne and, since 1978, in Graz . She passed the matriculation examination at the Academic Gymnasium in Graz. From 1986 to 1993 she studied physics and art history at the University of Graz and completed her studies with a master's degree . Then she worked in the multimedia field . Flor is a writer of narrative works and plays . Her first novel Erlkönig was published in spring 2002. In 2003 she took part in the Ingeborg Bachmann Competition in Klagenfurt .

The meat dishes monologue was premiered in 2004 at the Schauspielhaus Graz.

Olga Flor is a member of the Graz Authors' Assembly .
