Oliver Gattringer

Oliver Gattringer (born July 16, 1967 in Wiener Neustadt ) is an Austrian jazz drummer.

Gattringer made his first live appearance at the age of nine and founded his first band at the age of twelve. He has been a professional drummer since 1987 and has become a sought-after live and studio musician in Austria. He participated in more than 350 studio productions and worked with musicians as diverse as Christian Kolonovits , Rainhard Fendrich , Harri Stojka , Marianne Mendt , Andy Baum , Gloria Gaynor , the Supremes , Chaka Khan , Plácido Domingo , Michael Bolton , Patricia Kaas , Alan Parsons , Sarah Brightman , Patrice Héral , Dorretta Carter and Nina Hagen together. He played with Count Basic , the Thomas Faulhammer Quartet, the Alex Ehrenreich Group , the Soulmates of Martin Fuss and the Gerald Gradwohl Trio.
