The team competition in archery women at the 1988 Olympics in Seoul was from September 27 to October 1 at the Hwarang Archery Field discharged.

Competition form type

15 nations competed with three athletes each. In the first round, the scores of the three shooters from the first round of the individual competition were added together. The top twelve nations qualified for the semifinals. After completing the semi-finals, the eight best teams qualified for the final.
