Peru took part in the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi with two alpine skiing athletes, the siblings Ornella Oettl Reyes and Manfred Oettl Reyes, and a cross-country skiing athlete Roberto Carcelen . After 2010 , it was Peru's second participation in the Winter Olympics .
