Omen (music producer)

Sidney Brown (born August 21, 1976 ), better known as Omen , is an American music producer from Harlem, New York . He has produced for artists such as J. Cole , Drake , Lil Wayne , Ludacris , Fabolous , Vado, Memphis Bleek , Redman , Keith Murray , Jellestone, Paypa and Amil.

Omen's production is currently located in the well-known Harlem recording studio Stadium Red, where Just Blaze produces his works.

Career

Omen began producing songs for well-known artists such as Memphis Bleek and Amil , which was released under the Roc-A-Fella Records label , in the late 1990s . In 2006 Omen produced the song "Tell It Like It Is" for Ludacris , which was released on the double album "Release Therapy", which won the 2007 Grammy for Best Rap Album. Omen thus received his first Grammy Award and Certificate.

Together with Noah "40" Shebib, Omen produced the song "I'm Single" by Lil Wayne, which reached number 1 on the Billboard charts on the album "I'm Not A Human Being" .

Omen has a music production deal with Weerai Music Company.
