He went through all youth teams and gave, still as A-youth, on May 28, 2005 in the away game against FK Mladá Boleslav his debut in the Gambrinus league . In the summer of 2005 he was accepted into the first division squad and played twelve games in the 2005/06 season. On the first day of the season he scored his first league goal at FK Jablonec . In the 2006/07 season, the midfielder played 18 games.
As a promising talent, he was hired by the top Czech club Sparta Prague in the summer of 2007 . There he could not assert himself and was loaned to SK Kladno in mid-September 2007 . In January 2008 he returned to Prague, but was no longer used until the end of the season.
Kúdela moved to FK Mladá Boleslav in January 2009 , where the midfielder signed a three and a half year contract. In the 2010/11 season he secured a permanent place in the team. With the cup victory in 2011 he won his first title. In the summer of 2014 he was loaned to Ordabassy Shymkent in Kazakhstan for half a year . He returned to Mladá Boleslav in early 2015 and was initially not deployed. In the 2015/16 season he and his team won the Czech Cup again .
In early 2017, Kúdela left the club and joined Slovan Liberec . He has been playing for Slavia Prague since the beginning of 2018 . There he celebrated his third cup success.
