The building One Post Office Square is a skyscraper in the Financial District of Boston in the state of Massachusetts of the United States . Completed in 1981, it is the 10th tallest building in the city at 525  ft (160.02  m ) high and 41 stories . The building is located on Post Office Square , which gives it its name , was developed by the TRO Jung Brannen architectural office and offers around 71,000 m² of office space and 368 parking spaces in the adjacent eight-story underground car park.

Details

The exterior is kept in a modern style and consists of a steel frame with a concrete facade . The three-story lobby features patterned Rosso Verona , marble walls adorned with sintered lime , and floors, handrails and window sills adorned with reflective bronze inlays. The heating, ventilation and air conditioning is controlled by an automatic system that ensures maximum comfort and efficiency. There is a private connection path to the neighboring LeMeridien Hotel on the ground floor.
