The Opština Ohrid ( Macedonian Општина Охрид , Albanian Komuna e Ohrit ) is an Opština of North Macedonia and is located in the southwest of the country on Lake Ohrid . It is named after its administrative seat, Ohrid , and is part of the south-west region .
geography
The Opština of Ohrid borders on Debarca to the north and west , Demir Hisar to the northeast and Resen to the east . Lake Ohrid forms the natural administrative border in the southwest and west.

According to the 2002 census, the population was made up as follows (the former Opština Kosel is not included in these figures, as the number of Opštini was not changed until later in 2004 through a reform):
