Location of Oppolding in Bavaria

Oppolding is a single settlement in the municipality of Bockhorn in the Upper Bavarian district of Erding .

The Einödhof is in the open, about 2.5 km northeast of Bockhorn. In the north the Hammerthaler Bächlein flows past, to the west there are some ponds.

In the west of the village stands the Rococo Church of St. John the Baptist , built in 1764 by Johann Baptist Lethner .

The place belonged to the former municipality of Eschlbach until 1972 and came to the municipality of Bockhorn when it was dissolved.
