Untermailling is a single settlement in the Bockhorn community in the Erding district in Upper Bavaria .

geography

The place is six kilometers southeast of Bockhorn in the tertiary Isar-Inn hill country ( Erdinger Holzland ).

history

In Untermailling there was a gallows, which earned the place the nickname "Galgenmailling". This stood on farmland and the surrounding farmers complained that onlookers were trampling down farmland and fields.
