Orla Noom (born November 2, 1985 in Haarlem ) is a former Dutch squash player .

Career

Orla Noom was active on the WSA World Tour from 2002 to 2013 and won five titles in a total of twelve finals. She achieved her best position in the world rankings with rank 31 in November 2007.

With the Dutch national team she took part in the World Cup in 2006 , 2008 , 2010 and 2012 . She was also part of the squad several times at European Championships and won the title with the national team in 2010.

Between 2007 and 2011 Orla Noom was three times in the main field of the individual world championships. In 2007 she qualified for the first time, in 2009 and 2011 she started thanks to a wildcard . In all three world championships she was eliminated in the first round. Between 2007 and 2012 she also took part in the European Championships six times in a row. Except for 2009 , when she was eliminated in the second round, she reached the quarter-finals every time.
