Oswald von Hoenika

Oswald von Hoenika (born August 19, 1835 , † June 5, 1891 in Herzogswalde , Grottkau district ) was a Silesian manor owner and politician.

Life

Oswald von Hoenika attended high school and enjoyed an agricultural education. He was the owner of the Herzogswalde manor in the Upper Silesian district of Grottkau. From 1879 to 1885 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives , first as a National Liberal , then as a member of the Liberal Association .

From 1881 to 1884 he was a member of the Reichstag for the constituency of Breslau 4 ( Namslau , Brieg ) and the Liberal Association . In the Reichstag elections in 1884 he was defeated, now as a candidate of the Free Party , the German conservative candidate Wilhelm von Heydebrand and the Lasa .
