Otto Fink (* 11. October 1887 in Heilbronn , † 8. January 1973 ) was a württembergischer local politicians of CDU and from 1946 to 1951 Mayor of the city of Tuttlingen .

Fink moved to Tuttlingen in 1914 and worked there as a salesman in a shoe factory. In the first popular election of the mayor after the Second World War , he prevailed in September 1946 in the second ballot against his predecessor Fritz Fleck . In 1948 he was confirmed in office for six more years and a member of the district council of the Tuttlingen district . At his own request, Fink was dismissed from the mayor's office in February 1951. His successor was Walter Balz .

During his tenure as mayor, he regularly came into conflict with the French military rulers. Jean Lucien Estrade, the district commissioner of the French military government, wrote about Fink: “He will soon show an outrageous behavior towards the military government. The numerous admonitions and reprimands that were issued to him do not even result in the departments receiving what we were used to under the spotlight . "

In November 1951 Fink was elected to the Tuttlinger municipality and district council. He left the district council in 1953, but remained a local councilor until 1958. In 1959, Fink was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit 1st Class by Federal President Heinrich Lübke .
