Otto Muck (engineer)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Otto Heinrich Muck (born August 5, 1892 in Vienna ; † November 7, 1956 there ) was an Austrian technician and scientist . He published on biological and geological topics and worked as a designer and inventor . Otto Muck is considered one of the most influential Atlantis researchers of the 20th century.

Life

Otto Muck attended in Vienna the elementary school , then in Kremsmuenster the school . He passed his Abitur at the Vienna State High School. He first studied electrical engineering at the Technical University in Vienna , then in Munich. In the First World War he was first lieutenant of the aviators. He then continued his studies in Munich and graduated from the Technical University there in 1920 as a graduate engineer. He then studied physics at the suggestion of Arnold Sommerfeld , as well as geophysics and early history. Muck later corresponded scientifically with Sommerfeld and Albert Einstein ( on the structure of light quanta ).

As an engineer, Muck worked for Siemens-Schuckertwerke and Siemens & Halske, among others . During the Third Reich he dealt among other things with explosive forces and rocket technology and was involved in the Peenemünde rocket development during World War II . During this time and after the war he lived in Uffing am Staffelsee (Upper Bavaria). He was also a painter and graphic artist. Otto Heinrich Muck died in 1956 in Vienna after an accident.

Create

Otto Muck had numerous patent applications, many of which also led to effective patents and applied inventions. You can find patents and publications on dry razors, remote-controlled clocks , double flash in personal photography, handling of frozen and flammable gases, generation of ultrasound , aircraft taking off and landing vertically, electrical engineering equipment, thermal massage devices, liquefied natural gas tankers and telegraphs.

Otto Muck became best known to the general public through his detailed theories about Atlantis . According to Muck, its downfall is said to have been triggered by the impact of a celestial body and caused the flood . In this context, Muck also provides hypotheses on polar and continental shifts , ice ages , prehistoric human races , early migrations of peoples, early advanced civilizations and the migration of eels .
