Otto Ohl

Otto Ohl (born July 28, 1886 in Duisburg , † February 23, 1973 in Langenberg (Rhineland) ) was a German Protestant clergyman.

Career

Ohl studied theology in Tübingen, Berlin and Bonn. At all of his study locations he joined the local Wingolf associations . From 1909 Ohl was assistant preacher in Essen-Rüttenscheid , in 1911 he became a federal agent of the East German Young Men Association . From 1912 to 1963 he was Managing Director of the Rhineland Inner Mission Association. Later he was also vice-president of the central committee for internal mission and from 1957 chairman of the diaconal conference and vice-chairman of the diaconal council.

From 1956 to 1960 he was also President of the German Hospital Society (DKG).
