The Põhimaantee 10 (National Road 10) is a highway in Estonia .

The road, also known as Risti – Virtsu – Kuivastu – Kuressaare maantee , branches off from Põhimaantee 9 at the village of Risti , leads first to the south and then in a south-westerly direction via Lihula to the Virtsu ferry port . From there there is a regular ferry connection to the Kuivastu ferry port on the island of Muhu (Moon), from where the road continues across the island and finally reaches the island of Saaremaa (Ösel) via the Väike väin strait . On Saaremaa, the road connects Orissaare in the east, Valjala and the island capital Kuressaare .
The length of the road is around 144 km.

During Estonia's membership of the Soviet Union, the mainland part of the road was designated A207.
