Around 1700 renovations were carried out on the upper floor and in the roof. Another roof structure was created . The facade was provided with a wide position of the half-timbered stands and the use of footbands . The house was now three-story. The building was plastered in the second half of the 19th century.
Parts of the house were renovated at the beginning of the 21st century. The second floor was dismantled, the facade is now unplastered.
