The house has a wavy belt , although late Gothic branches still exist here. The beam heads are cylindrical. Fan rosettes have been preserved on the left half of the house . In the 18th century the facade was redesigned.

There are two gate systems in the house. There are still remains of overlapping on one . It was walled up in the 19th century. A shop facade that was added later was also closed again. There are carved posts on it in the homeland style .

In the courtyard of the property there is an old paved path that originally served as a connection to the market and there reached the plots of market 5 and 6 .

New owners were sought for the building in need of renovation (as of 2014) at the beginning of the 20th century.
