Poczernin (Stargard)
Poczernin ( German Pützerlin ) is a village of Gmina Stargard (Landgemeinde Stargard) in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland .
Geographical location
The village is located in Western Pomerania on the Ihna , about eleven kilometers northwest of the city of Stargard and 25 kilometers east of the city of Stettin ( Szczecin ).
history
The village is apparently first mentioned under the name Putczerlyn in an alleged document with which in 1220 Swantibor , a nobleman from the Swantiboriden line , confirmed to the Kolbatz monastery the limits of the Gollnowsche Heide, which had recently been donated to the monastery. This document has meanwhile been recognized as false; it arose in connection with a dispute between the Kolbatz monastery and the city of Stargard, which was decided in 1324.
The first reliable mention comes from a document from 1309, with which Duke Otto I of Pomerania-Stettin determined the border of the monastery heath of the Kolbatz monastery.
Later the church village was owned by the town of Stargard .
In June 1613, Duke Philip II had a general inspection carried out on the Pützerlin field due to the war unrest in Poland and the incursions of Confederate troops from Poland-Lithuania into Pomerania.
Around the year 1780 there were in Pützerlin a fief mayor-Gut, 23 full farmers , five , half-peasant , one of which ran the jug, five Kossäten , a Büdner , a preacher, a clerk, a forester's house, a preacher widow's house, a forge and taking also in consideration of Granaries and shepherds houses a total of 67 fireplaces.
The Lehenschulzen property was partially parceled out as part of the separation. In 1854 there were a total of 57 properties in Pützerlin, including 21 full farmers, five half farmers, various small farms and a forge.
Around 1925, the district of Pützerlin had an area of 13 km², and there were 88 houses in the municipality. There was only one place of residence in the municipality: Pützerlin. In 1925 there were 368 inhabitants in Pützerlin, who were spread over 97 households.
Until 1945 Pützerlin belonged to the Saatzig district in the Pomeranian province .
Towards the end of the Second World War , Pützerlin was occupied by the Soviet Army in early March 1945 . After the end of the war, the village was placed under Polish administration. Pützerlin was renamed Poczernin .
